Cancellation Policy

By registering for any AASET events, you accept the refund/cancellation policy terms outlined below. Some events or education classes may be subject to specific refund/cancellation policies that differ from the policy outlined below.

Education Classes

Cancellations must be received in writing 48 hours prior to course date to receive a full refund. Substitutions welcome. No-shows will be billed at full price. 

General Membership Meetings

Cancellations must be recived in writing 24 hours prior to event date to receive a full refund. Susbtitutions welcome. No-shows will be billed at full price. 

When an Event/Class is Postponed or Canceled

AASET always attempts to produce eents/classes on the dates they were orginally scheduled. In the event that a class/event gets postponed, the cancellation policies mentioned above will remain in effect. Substitutions are welcome. No-shows and late cancellations will be billed at full registration price. 

In the circumstance that a class/event is canceled, all paid registrations will be refunded or credited to the member's account. Any unbilled registrations will be considered null and void.
