Bringing Rental House Professional Together The Apartment Association of Southeast Texas (AASET) is a non-profit trade association representing: Hardin, Jasper, Jefferson, Newton, Orange and Tyler counties. Chartered in 1968, the AASET is the regional organization with members representing: multi-family owners, managers, developers, leasing consultants, service technicians and suppliers. The AASET actively monitors the local, state, and national legislative and regulatory changes that affect the multifamily industry. The AASET staff, working with Texas Apartment Association (TAA) and the National Apartment Association (NAA) is committed to protecting your business interests and keeping you informed.

How do I become a member of the Texas Apartment Association and/or the National Apartment Association?
You become a member of TAA and NAA by joining your local association where you do business.
There are 25 local apartment associations in Texas affiliated with the Texas Apartment Association. Joining a local association automatically enrolls you as a member of TAA and the National Apartment Association. Members in good standing of any affiliated association as well as direct members are entitled to TAA & NAA benefits.
