The Apartment Association of Southeast Texas (AASET) is a non-profit trade association representing Hardin, Jasper, Jefferson, Newton, Orange and Tyler counties. Chartered in 1968, the AASET is the regional organization with members representing rental owners, managers, developers, leasing consultants, service technicians and suppliers.

The members of AASET invite and encourage you to join! By working together, we can achieve our mission to maintain and enhance our industry as a whole.

All membership applications for the AASET must be approved by the Board of Directors. All memberships are company based and individuals cannot join AASET.
